Labor Doula Package
Basic Package: Your Cost $700.00 - $800.00
Initial Interview:
This is an opportunity to meet your doula to determine if we are a good match and will make a good team. Visit includes information about doula care and services.
Prenatal Visit:
At this visit your doula will give you all of the contact information for herself and back-up doula ( phone numbers & e-mail addresses ). Handouts of community resources and other goodies will be given. Your doula will discuss your preferences for your birth and a Birth Plan will be given for you to fill out. All questions and concerns will be addressed. Your doula will have you sign a contract and give a retaining fee at this time. She is available by phone or e-mail at any time for questions or concerns.
Labor, Birth, and a minimum of 2 hours Postpartum
Your doula will come to you as soon as you need her. This will be your choice to have her come to your home or meet you at the hospital. Your doula will stay with you continuously during your entire labor, birth, and for a minimum of 2 hours postpartum. Your doula will not leave until after breastfeeding has been attempted and you are settled in your postpartum room.
After Your Birth:
Your doula will come for a postpartum visit in the hospital to answer questions about your birth or any postpartum concerns that may arise. Postpartum Recap Visit: Your doula visits you in your home 1 to 2 weeks after the birth to review the labor, birth, and to discuss your need for postpartum doula care. The best part is to admire your baby.

1. Doctors office visits, or for medical procedure, or ultrasound appointments $ 50.00
2. Childbirth class partner $ 50.00
3. Private Childbirth Class $160.00
4. Birth Plan Class $75.00
5. Belly casting ( your cost is for materials only $50.00) FREE
6. Help with shopping for the baby and nursery
7. Pre labor support. Walking companion.
